The parachute babies, at least those who have survived, have officially reached adulthood and are being celebrated or reviled for their two decades on Planet Earth.  In Israel, Artep is now seen as a national treasure solving crimes with only his touch.  Saatvik is a wandering ascetic “Phiksar” ignoring national borders and healing thousands, including himself on occasion.  Kyle, on the other hand, is bucking his destiny and has married, had a son of his own, and is doing his best to bury his gifts.  All this is now starting to crash down around everyone’s heads as the first of the monsters, the beast of the air, has been set free to attack the planet.
